Getting Started
Follow these steps to open an account and start saving gold.
Step 1
Account Registration
Junior Account
Under 18 years old
Use the name shown on the birth certificate or MyKid and complete the guardian details.
Register Junior AccountNote: Public Gold membership is free. Review all details before pressing SUBMIT.
Step 2
Download the Public Gold App
- After completing your details and registering, download the Public Gold app to your phone.
- Click the button below for your device.
Step 3
Account Verification

Log in to the Public Gold website using your IC number without dashes as the username and password.

Enter the TAC number sent by WhatsApp or SMS, then press Log in.
Note: After the first purchase, your PG Code becomes your permanent username.
Step 4
Account Activation

Make your first purchase within 24 hours or no later than 7 days after registration. Start with a GAP Account from just RM100.

Update your profile if requested and set a new password after the first purchase for account security.
